Paul Pfeilschiefter has practiced labor and employment law for his entire career as an attorney, cutting his teeth at the largest union-side labor law firm in the United States. He has experience advocating on behalf of both public sector and private sector employees in various contexts, including trials and arbitrations. Paul also regularly provides advice and counsel to small businesses, primarily focusing on the construction industry. His experience counseling the construction industry includes ERISA pension withdrawal liability, prevailing wage matters, construction defect claims, lien disputes, and project payment issues. 

Paul earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from U.C. Berkeley, a master’s degree in philosophy from Georgia State University, and a Juris Doctor degree from U.C. Hastings College of the Law where he participated in both the Constitutional Law Quarterly and the Business Law Journal.

He is admitted to the State Bar of California, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
